Yeah...I know it's been ages since I last posted

Been busy with stuff.

Among things, I have been doing a lot of maintenance to the webpage.

A redesign here, a clean up there. Especially hard with some of the pages built on the obsolete Yahoo PageBuilder.

And a majority of the webpage was built back in the day by the uber-obsolete, no longer in use Yahoo GeoCities.

It's a pain in the neck, nobody ever said being a webmaster was fun and games.

Get your message on with the new Message Boards

I've been making some changes here on the webpage lately.

I decided to close down the Trading Post. Lets just say that I was able to accomplish my intended goals with that particular section.

However, not all the news is subtraction. I added a new feature to replace the Trading Post.

There's a new forum in town for debate, Welk Musical Family finally has it's own Message Board!

So come on and join, bring your friends, family, strangers and even your own worst enemy to start to discussion on all things Welk!

Wednesday Webpage Maintenance

So far today, I have been working on the main webpage....making some cosmetic changes and doing some much needed maintenance.

One of things I did was eliminated the WELK NEWS DESK section, face it...because of this blog and my presence on Twitter for all Welk news updates, that section just was rendered obsolete.

I also simplied the EPISODE GUIDE link on the main page, it should be easier to navigate.

And I will be adding new pictures in the coming days....stay tuned.

In the meantime, enjoy Buddy Merrill and the boys from 1955 with "Buddy's Boogie"
