Starting with Fred Armisen's superb impression of the Maestro, the talented youngsters of SNL opened the show with another Lawrence Welk parody.
Also taking part in the skit was TV legend Betty White, whom thanks to the successful Facebook petition, hosted this week's show.
A job well done boys and girls!

Though I think it's nice that the show is being remembered after so many years, it seems like they are making fun of people with disabilities in these sketches, which I find troubling.
