Wednesday in Branson photos

Hey everyone, I'm feeling a bit tired today....it is that post-vacation effect that weakens the body.

Still, I did muster enough energy to share some pictures from my Branson vacation....the fun stuff I did on Wednesday.

Here's a shot of Branson's main drag, Highway 76 a.k.a "The Strip"....it was very rainy thanks to what's left of Hurricane Gustav.

I still had some quality tourist time, such as visiting the Titanic museum

Without a doubt, it is much bigger than the S.S. Minnow.

Then, it was off to see some of the area's finest celebrity theaters.....

Like Jim Stafford....

And Yakov Smirnoff, where caution signs of "Explosive Laughter" are abound.

Then it was back to the Welk Resort, and to prepare for tonight's concert....

Here's a nice shot of Richard Maloof, headed to play in the orchestra.....

And Rich's lovely wife, you all know her as Mary Lou Metzger.

And from the show, Jo Ann Castle after playing a spectacular piano number.

That Wednesday was Jo Ann's birthday, so here's Mary Lou and Tom Netherton singing the "Happy Birthday" song.

Life doesn't get any better than this.....

I will be back tommorrow with Thursday in pictures!
